TUSCALOOSA, Alabama – The University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team put in another full practice, its sixth of spring drills, in full pads on Monday afternoon for approximately two hours at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility in Tuscaloosa. Bama moved indoors due to the thunderstorm activity in the area on Sunday evening and Monday morning. The Tide will practice again on Wednesday and Friday before its first scrimmage of the spring.

Injured linebacker Shaun Dion Hamilton is showing improvement as he practices during recovery from a torn ACL. He was seen doing sprints with one of the Alabama trainers during the media portion of practice.

Ronnie Clark is back and looking good at his new positions, Tight end and H-back. He tore an Achilles tendon last year, and looks to be progressing just fine.

Former Crimson Tide standouts Derrick Henry and O.J. Howard were at the practice yesterday.

The first scrimmage for Bama will be this Saturday, April 8th, inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. The scrimmage is a closed one, not open to the general public. UA will hold a second scrimmage prior to the 2017 A-Day Spring Football Game which is scheduled for Saturday, April 22nd at 2 p.m. CT at Bryant-Denny Stadium in beautiful Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
