It's back to work at usual for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team after getting their 24-hour celebration time in after the big 30-16 win over the LSU Tigers on Saturday. Of course everyone knows Bama moved up in both the Coaches Poll (4) and Associated Press Poll (3) following the victory. Everyone will be watching the College Football Playoff Poll when it next comes out.

Alabama now officially controls its own destiny after losing that right following their loss to Ole Miss earlier in the season. After Ole Miss fell to Arkansas this weekend, and the Tide handily disposed of LSU, Bama needs to win to meet Florida, the SEC East Champion, for the Southeastern Conference Championship Game. The winner of that game should find themselves in one of the four playoff game slots this post-season to decide the National Championship.

Another loss by the Tide would keep them from playoff contention, but would still net them a nice bowl game. But let's just stick with the SEC Championship and the march to National Championship number 16!
