In a lengthy three-set match, Alabama freshman Andie Daniell claimed her singles draw to defeat Natalie Suk of Ole Miss yesterday at the 28th annual Roberta Alison Fall Classic. The even is held at the University of Alabma Tennis Stadium and the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility.

Though the match started outdoors, Daniell and Suk were forced inside due to rain. Daniell's win looked like this: 6-7(3), 6-2, 7-6(5).

Though this is the end of the fall season for most of the women's tennis team, Daniell and junior Erin Routliffe will complete in the 2015 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships in Flushing Meadows, New York. This is a four-day tournament, and will be played at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Alabama sophomores Grayson Goldin, Matthew Rossouw and assistant coach Ryer DeHeart won their respective qualifying matches to advance. Rain halted freshman Spencer Richey and his opponents match.
