Bama Got Him!
_____
Five-Star Linebacker Dylan Moses Picks The Tide
Dylan Moses with Nick Saban Twitter Photo |
Everybody wanted him. Yes, everybody. Including the University of Alabama football program. Five-star linebacker Dylan Moses announced on Twitter that he has committed to The Crimson Tide. Baton Rouge, Louisiana native and IMG Academy (Bradenton, Florida) student-athlete Dylan Moses decided to pull the trigger after his visit to the Capstone.
According to his Twitter account, Moses said, "After talking to my parents, I've decided to shut my recruitment down. I will not be taking any more visits. I want to thank every coach that offered me and took interest in me as a player/person. I have decided to commit to the University of Alabama! Roll Tide."
LSU was presumed to the the team to beat, actually having been committed to the Tigers for a couple of years, but Moses had also at one time listed the Tide as well as Texas as his leader at one point or the other. It could just be that with the Les Miles firing (and other factors) the somewhat muddied waters have cleared.
According to the 247Sports Composite, the 6' 3", 235-pound Moses was the number one outside linebacker and the number four overall player in the country.
With the addition of Moses, Alabama now has 21 commitments to the class of 2017.
