Tide 10th In A.P. Top-25
The Alabama Crimson Tide is ranked No. 10 in this week's Associated Press College Football Poll, the same as last week. Several other teams made moves, including several from the Southeastern Conference. Five schools from the SEC are in this week's Top-25. LSU is the highest ranked SEC team at No. 6, followed by Florida (8), Texas A&M (9), ALABAMA (10) and Ole Miss (13). Mississippi State shows up below the cutoff, receiving votes to put them at 29, Georgia at 30 and Kentucky at 35.

Bama Drops From 8th To 9th In Coaches Poll
Despite the Crimson Tide's victory over Arkansas this past Saturday, it wasn't enough to keep them from sliding two places in this week's Amway Coaches Poll. Five Southeastern Conference teams made the Top-25, with the highest being LSU at No. 5, followed by ALABAMA (9), Texas A&M (10), Florida (11) and Ole Miss (12).

Alabama Volleyball Wins Sunday

The University of Alabama volleyball team (8-10, 2-2) posted a big win yesterday, coming from behind to defeat Missouri (15-2, 3-1 SEC). This was Missouri's first conference loss of the season.
Bama opened winning the first set 25-21, but fell in the next two. Forcing a fifth set with the Tide taking a 25-17 victory. The deciding set saw the Tide win 15-11.
The Tide heads back out on the road this coming weekend to face Texas A&M (10-6, 3-2 SEC) on Friday and then on to Baton Rouge and the LSU Tigers (7-9, 3-2 SEC) on Sunday.
